Step 2: Confirmation by KKBUG
You will receive a confirmation email regarding availability of item(s), cost of postage/courier and total cost within 24-48 hours after submitting your orders.
For pre-order items, the estimated dates for stocks to arrive will be given in the email.
Step 3: Payment to KKBUG
Through Bank Transfer only (ATM/Internet Transfer)
POSB Saving: ********* (information will be sent to you via email)
Please inform us once payment is made (Include Transaction Reference, Time & Date)
Please make payment within 2 days otherwise item(s) will be released.
Step 4: Delivery of Item(s) to you
Items will be mailed out within 3-5 business days via SingPost upon receipt of payment. Pre-ordered items will be mailed out within 1 week upon stock arrival.
